First Conditional

We use the First Conditional for events that have many possibilities to happpen in the future. And it is compose of an structure with “if” to notice a coast and the effect that will be probably have, plus the verb to be plus verbs in simple present, then its form for the verb to be with WILL and plus base verb. Can be also started from the will plus base verb.


Structure

If + simple pressent (result) will + base verb.


Let’s see some examples:


If you win tomorrow, we will go to celebrate.


You’ll past your exam if you study hard.


If it rains today, I’ll stay at home.





This form is present in our lives when we are making plans, and we makeplans of everything on each minute, since the fact that you have to wake up ten minutes before for be on time (first conditional - if you wake up ten minutes before, you will be on time).
